Frequently Asked Questions

What does OEM stand for

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. OEM's such as Canon, Epson, Hewlett-Packard & Lexmark are the companies that produce your inkjet or laser printer as well as the cartridges that are used in them. We offer both remanufactured and compatible cartridges. Because our products do not carry the OEM name, we offer them to you at a lower price. Our products are built to the same standards as the OEM products and cost less.

What is a Remanufactured Cartridge?

A remanufactured cartridge is a cartridge that has been disassembled, cleaned and had its worn parts replaced. It is then refilled with new ink or toner and tested in the factory to guarantee print quality. It is basically the recycling of an empty cartridge. Remanufacturing is considered more comprehensive than recharging or refilling.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are explained in detail on our Shipping information page.

Do you ship International?

Yes, we ship internationally by UPS. However we only except U.S. currency.

Are your products guaranteed?

Yes, we offer a 100% money back guarantee on everything that we sell. For more information, please review our Product Guarantee page.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We currently accept Visa/Mastercard, Discover & American Express

Can I combine two orders?

Sorry, we cannot combine orders. Once orders are placed they are immediately put in the processing queue. In some cases it is possible, only if we are notified before the first order is placed in our system. However, once an order is processed by our shipping department, you will have to place a second order online.

What is a MICR toner cartridge?

MICR stands for Magnetic Ink Character Recognition. It's a special magnetic toner that is used in the printing of bank checks on plain paper.

Will using your cartridges void my printer's warranty?

No, using remanufactured or compatible cartridges will not void your printer's warranty. Thanks to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act, a company cannot sell a product under the pretense that the consumer must purchase any replacement parts, add-ons, ect. from that particular company. Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act, United States Code Annotated Title 15 Commerce and Trade Chapter 50 Consumer Product Warranties 15 Section 2302"(c) No warrantor of a consumer product may condition his written or implied warranty of such product on a consumer's using in connection with such product, any article or service (other) than article or service provided without charge under terms of the warranty) which is identified by brand, trade or corporate name; except that prohibition of this subsection may be waived by the commission if: 1) Warranty satisfies Commission that warranted product will function properly only if the article or service so identified is used in connection with warranted product, and 2)Commission finds that such a waiver is in public's interest." This means that a manufacturer of a printer you are using cannot void your printer's warranty because you use a cartridge that is manufactured by someone other than the printer manufacturer. This prohibition includes use of remanufactured cartridges and compatible cartridges, ect. For more information on this act, contact the Federal Trade Commission at  (202 ) 326-3128.
