Corvox Partners, Inc. ships all U.S. bound package orders via UPS ground rates. Foreign bound orders are shipped at standard carrier rates. All in-stock orders entered by the order cutoff times detailed under "Freight Policy" will ship that day subject to credit approval.

Freight Policy

If ordering more than one type of product on the same order, your shipment may originate from different locations. If you need tracking numbers for your order, please email customerservice@corvox.com. Corvox Partners, Inc ships all orders UPS Ground. All in stock orders placed by 2:00P.M.,Central Time, Monday thru Friday, will ship the same day. All in stock orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Additional charges may be incurred for shipping and handling of hazardous materials offered by some of our suppliers.

Once the order leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.The carrier is responsible for unforseen delays in your order's arrival.

Most orders received after 1:00 P.M. CST Friday and orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday. We strongly suggest that you DO NOT choose Next Day Air or 2nd Day Delivery method on a FRIDAY ORDER.

All packages over 200lbs. will ship via truck and are billed at regular truck rates. All truck orders must be placed by 1:00 P.M. CST.
